Church Business Meeting

Following the morning service, we will have our church family business meeting to vote on the 2020-2021 budget.

The proposed budget was made available last Sunday in the lobby. If you want a copy, please contact the church office. If you are a member and unable to attend, absentee ballots or call-in voting is available. If you are not a member, we encourage you to attend and learn how business is run at Kingwood.

POSTPONED – Church Family Movie Night

Our movie night has been postponed. We will announce a new date.

Come grab a bag of popcorn, licorice, and a drink and enjoy the heartwarming film Overcomer.  Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on for this show.  This event is free!  Location: Gymnasium.  Time: 7-9pm

Movie Night

Friday, October 23rd at 7 PM

Enjoy a movie with the church family in the gymnasium! Popcorn is provided by men’s ministry; a hot cocoa bar by the women’s ministry; and licorice by the youth ministry! Bring a lawn chair or a comfy seat to sit on.

Men’s Prayer Breakfast

Men of all ages are invited to meet at 8:00am for a hearty breakfast followed by prayer for our church family and community. Breakfast is served in the Fireside room

Church Family Prayer

First Wednesday of Each Month – November 4 at 7 PM

The Kingwood family provides an opportunity to gather and pray for the needs of one another, church ministry, supported missionaries, and our nation. This gathering takes place the first Wednesday of each month.

Church Membership Lunch

Do you sense Kingwood is where you belong?  Are you moving in the same direction the church is headed?  If so, are you ready to become a church member?   Lunch will be provided following the Sunday school hour on October 27^th, providing interaction with the elders and their wives as well as information on how to become a member of Kingwood Bible Church.  Membership applications and our confession of faith are available in the church office.

Easter Sunday

Celebrate with us on Easter Sunday with a breakfast at 8:30 am and a worship celebration at 9:30 am!

New Home Group

Beginning Monday November 11^th at 7 pm, a 5-week study on anxiety will be offered in two locations.  The material used is from Max Lucado’s book and curriculum Anxious for Nothing.  Attendance is free of charge!  For further questions or to sign up, contact the Church Office.

Men’s Golf Day

This is a best ball tournament in teams of four! Meet out at Dallas Golf Course at 12:30pm for lunch, followed by an enjoyable game of golf with the men of Kingwood. Prizes will be awarded!

Men’s Prayer Breakfast
