The gospel writer Mark tells us of an encounter Jesus and his 12 disciples had with a very large crowd. In desiring an opportunity for rest, Jesus had his disciples get into a boat in search of a quiet, deserted place. But when they landed they were greeted by 5,000 men, plus women and children. Jesus spent the day teaching and then performed a miracle the disciples would never forget. Listen in and realize some of the principles Jesus wanted his disciples to learn are the same ones he is teaching us today.
